1 General Terms & Conditions

Bd78 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "bd78") operates an online gaming and Sports Betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bd78 and its users.

Bd78 reserves the right to reject any account registration application, for any reason and without prior notice.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and use any services on bd78. bd78 may request age verification documents at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if satisfactory documentation is not provided.

• Managing an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• If an account holder is found to be under 18, that account and all associated transactions will be cancelled.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care are prevented from accessing bd78.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on bd78 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit — no alternative methods will be accepted.

6 Betting Rules

• Bd78 is not liable for disconnections during live betting — however, any bets that have already been accepted will remain valid.
• Placing two opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd78. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Any form of hacking, use of bots, or automated software.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the bd78 system.
• Arbitrage betting or system betting that works against bd78's interests.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your bd78 account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.

• The balance of a suspended account may be returned after verification — except in cases of violation.
